Why a Cat Museum?
OUR STORY
Cats began to live in the company of humans about 10,000 years ago, and were first depicted in Egypt about 4,000 years ago. They have now become one of the most popular pets, thanks to their many unique features. American researchers have shown that cats can reduce people’s stress levels by purring and have an overall positive effect on our health.
Many people cannot afford to keep animals, but would like to be in their company. With the design of the facility and our good-natured cats, this is the perfect place for those who want to relax from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and want some peace.
There are tons of stories and myths about cats, and they have already inspired many artists. So, we decided that we would like to process this knowledge in our way and make it available to the public. This is how the Cat Museum’s idea was born.
While spending time here, you can come across a lot of interesting information, check out our painting collection, bring the children to play, or you can choose kitty accessories for yourself or as a gift! 🙂

Bring the children, let them learn about cats and of course they can play with them according to our House Rules. In the meantime, you can drink a coffee or read in the Waiting area.

If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, our cats and the Relax nook are just waiting for you! Visit us with your family, friends or by yourself for a little recharge!
